COVID - If you have an appointment at the surgery please be aware of the following :

▪️Please attend your appointment alone. Exceptions are only made for children and patients with specific care needs.

▪️Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. This is to ensure the front door area does not get overcrowded.

▪️Please wear a face mask/covering (patients to source their own face masks where possible).

▪️ In order to comply with social distancing rules, to the best of your ability, please keep 2 metres apart from other people wherever possible.

▪️Your temperature will be checked by a member of staff upon arrival.

Minor Injuries Service

WE ARE A MINOR INJURY UNIT

The surgery provides a service which means that you can be seen quickly for small injuries and accidents. If you have suffered a minor cut, hit your head, or been involved in a minor accident then you should visit the surgery first and use the Minor Injuries Service rather than proceeding to hospital.

If you are unsure of whether to visit the hospital or head to the surgery for the minor injuries service then call the surgery to confirm. The poster below advises you on how you should use the NHS services further.

The practice is accessible for patients with minor injuries between 08:00 & 18:30, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
