After being provided with the details for registering with My Health Online, please access the following website in order to create your login –
Access to the system can be carried out in Welsh or English –
Choose a language to continue the registration –
Please read the statements that are displayed –
To create your account select the “My Account” tab from the top right of the screen, the following screen will display –
Select the “Register” button – under the section “No I do not have an account for online services with my GP practice” – the following screen will appear –
The system will then send an email to the provided email address. A confirmation code will be within the email which then needs to be entered –
Enter the code and then click “Activate”
You will then have access to your account and can use this to make appointments with surgery or to request repeat prescriptions.
Make An Appointment
Upon logging into My Health Online the following window will appear –

You can chose to make an appointment by clicking the “Appointments” option from the left hand side of the screen –
The system can be used for booking routine appointments with a GP, also blood tests and blood pressure readings with the nurse.
A routine GP appointment can be booked with any of the doctors.
The “Details” option can be used to find out more information about the appointment.
Selecting “Book” will then book that appointment for you.
The following message will appear whilst booking the appointment –
A confirmation of the booking will then appear –

The details can be printed by clicking the “Print” button on the bottom left of the screen. The appointment can be saved to your calendar too by selecting “Save to Calendar”
Clicking the “Appointments” button on the left of the screen will then display the appointments that you have booked –
The options on the right hand side of the screen can provide you with more details about the appointment – by clicking on the “Details” option.
Selecting the “Cancel” option will then cancel the booked appointment with the surgery.
Notification of the system cancelling the appointment –
Confirmation of the cancelled appointment will then be displayed –
The My Health Online system allows you to request a prescription directly into the surgery. The medication has to be on your repeat list, if your medication does not appear on the system please contact the surgery.
To access the prescription part of the system choose the “Prescriptions” option from the menu on the left of the screen –
Select the option at the bottom of the list “Click here to make a new request” if you wish to request a repeat prescription.
Choose the medication you wish to request by looking down the list and then selecting the relevant medication with the tick box on the left of the screen –
Choose “Request Selection” from the bottom right of the screen to request the chosen medication.
Choose “Back” from the bottom left of the screen if you do not wish to request the selected medication.
On ticking the medication and selecting “Request Selection” the following window will appear –
Select “Submit Request” if you want to request the items that are listed in the table from the surgery, these will then be sent electronically to the surgeries system and processed over 48 hours (week days only). Select “Back” if you wish to alter what has been selected.
A confirmation that the items have been requested will be displayed –
Selecting the “Prescriptions Home” option in the bottom right of the screen will take you back to the prescriptions screen –
This screen provides an overview of the requests you have sent to the surgery for your repeat prescriptions.
Clicking the “+” icon next to a request will provide more details.
