Out of Hours  / Emergencies

out_of_hoursBetween the hours of 6 pm and 8.30 am Monday to Friday, from Friday 6.00pm until Monday 8.30 am, and on Bank Holidays there is always a doctor on call for medical emergencies only.

From 3 October the out of hours number is 111 or 0345 46 47.

If you ring 01938 810279 you will hear an answerphone message telling you to call the above numbers.

It would be useful for you to know your O/S grid reference and to keep this available by the telephone.

During normal working hours, when the surgery is open, a receptionist will take details and pass them on to the duty doctor.

NHS Direct

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
