Test Results

test_sampleThe practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

All results are screened by a doctor, who may ask you to arrange an appointment, if this is the case it is essential that you do so.

If you have a follow-up appointment with either the doctor / nurse / or hospital please ask for your results at that appointment – no need to ring beforehand.

We are asking that patients do NOT ring for test results routinely. You will only be contacted if there is something of concern in your results, otherwise you will NOT be contacted.

If you are concerned about your symptoms not improving or getting worse you should contact the duty doctor in the usual way by ringing 01938 810279 and they will ring you back to discuss.
