Out of Hours

If you have a severe problem such as difficulty breathing, chest pains or heavy bleeding you should call 999.

If you need care that cannot wait until the surgery is open, please ring 111 which is a free number. If phoning from a mobile you may be unable to connect to this number- you will then need to phone 0345 4647 instead.

Telephone advice on a range of medical conditions is available from NHS Direct 24 hours a day. Their number is 111.

My Health Online

My Health Online is a system designed for patients where they can book appointments with the surgery and request prescriptions electronically via a secure website.

Access to the My Health Online (MHOL) system is setup by Caereinion Medical practice when you approach a receptionist at the surgery for an account. The receptionist will provide you initially with some details to fill in; each patient needs their own individual email address for the account to work.

Once an account has been created you have 30 days to go to the website and create your login. Should you have problems during this time frame, pop back to the surgery and ask the receptionist to re-issue your account. Should the problem still persist then this could be due to a computer issue outside of the surgeries control.

Details on the registering page advise you on how to setup with an account on My Health Online.
