If you have a severe problem such as difficulty breathing, chest pains or heavy bleeding you should call 999.

If you need care that cannot wait until the surgery is open, please ring 111 which is a free number. If phoning from a mobile you may be unable to connect to this number- you will then need to phone 0345 4647 instead.

Chaperones

Chaperones

The surgery operates a chaperone policy which means you can have someone you know or a member of staff present with you when you are examined by the doctor.

We appreciate for certain examinations that a chaperone may be suggested by the doctor.

If a chaperone is needed a policy is available for you to read. A member of staff will be used as a chaperone if appropriate. The details of the chaperone will be recorded on your medical notes for our joint protection.
